Finally!

It happened for two hours on Friday afternoon, and then officially on Saturday. I opened! It was the longest labor. There were some major pains.

But it's over. And I still think it was worth it.

I've been pulling together some information for a grant. They want before and after pictures. It would be a terrible shame to collect these images and not share with you, because I know we all love a good before and after.

The building was built in 1948. It has been many things over the years - restaurant, gift shop, florist, and for the last twenty years or so... a sign shop. I do not have pictures of the very very beginning, exactly as it was when the sign shop was here... but the pictures go far back enough to tell the story.

Prepare for visual overload!

Everyone is losing their minds over these shelves. They are not for sale... but you can easily get them at IKEA!!!! Real talk. I spray painted them gold and ta-da!!!

And now for a few other shots of the after...

Can't wait for you to come visit! I'm open Tuesday - Friday from 10-6, and Saturday 10-3.
